Wow, my first blog!!! I'm so excited! I'm also excited about the new masks our estheticians are making in house. The April special mask is a moor mud mask and it smells delicious. Next month will be a fresh produce mask. I can't wait to try that one out.

More Salads

We decided that The Clearing needed more salads, so we came up with some fabulous, fresh salads! We are going to start offering them this weekend:
Pear, Chevre & Walnut Salad
Chef Salad
We are also going to prep to-go salads in the morning so our customers on-the-go can grab something healthy to eat!

We had a great photo shoot this morning for Unscene Urban Navigator - a fantastic city map of great places. The local area director Domonic and his wife Jodi are really easy and fun to work with. Kokia Sparis, a good friend and a great photographer, took the photos and Morgan (one of our talented therapists) and Rachel Shelton (our awesome spa director) were our lovely models. I'll post some of the pics when they're done.
